Yay! I’ve been given release dates! Destination Pleasure, which will have my “Naked Bluff” in it, will be released on March 28, 2008 in digital format and on May 30, 2008 in print. Less Than Perfect Family is to be released in digital format May 2, 2008 and in print October 31, 2008. The four of us who write the Christmas Town books were able to get together in February. It’s our annual celebration of Allie Standifer’s birthday and gives us a chance to brainstorm and revitalize our creativity. This year we ate out quite a bit: Greek, gourmet hamburgers, seafood at The Aquarium—a restaurant with gigantic aquariums with fish from the Gulf of Mexico, seafood on Galveston Island looking over the fog covered Gulf, Texas barbeque for Roni Adams who joined us from New York (“I’m in Texas. I have to have barbeque!”) We were mall rats one day and poked through shops on Galveston’s historic Strand the next, plus drooled over Galveston’s gorgeous Victorian homes. Amongst all that, we organized the 2008 Christmas Town book. Look for the return of some of our favorite characters as life continues in Christmas Town.

My husband and I took a quick trip to Denver in February. Naturally, Sally and Lolly came with us and found interesting things to sniff in the snow.
